Strawberry Oreo Cheesecake Cups (No-Bake, Creamy & Easy Dessert Recipe)

  • Author: Alice Wellington
  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

These Strawberry Oreo Cheesecake Cups are a dreamy no-bake dessert that layers creamy cheesecake filling, crushed Oreos, and fresh strawberries in a single glass. Perfect for summer parties, weeknight treats, or when you need something sweet without turning on the oven. Light, luscious, and ready in minutes!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

¼ cup maple syrup (or honey)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

For the Layers:

1214 Oreo cookies, crushed

1½ cups fresh strawberries, diced

Optional Toppings:

Whipped cream or whipped topping

Extra Oreo crumbs or strawberry slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Beat with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth, creamy, and thick. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  2. Prepare the Layers:
Crush Oreos in a ziplock bag with a rolling pin (or pulse in a food processor). Dice strawberries and pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

  3. Assemble the Cups:
In 4 small glasses or jars, layer crushed Oreos, cheesecake filling, and strawberries. Repeat until you reach the top. For neat layers, use a piping bag or ziplock bag with the corner snipped off to pipe the filling.

  4. Add Toppings:
Finish each cup with whipped cream, a sprinkle of crushed Oreos, and a fresh strawberry slice.

  5. Chill or Serve:
Enjoy immediately for a soft, creamy texture or refrigerate for 30–60 minutes for a firmer, mousse-like consistency.

Notes

Make Ahead: The cheesecake filling can be prepared up to 3 days in advance. Store in the fridge until ready to assemble.

Fruit Options: Swap strawberries for raspberries, blueberries, or cherries.

Sweetener Options: Honey, agave, or powdered sugar work well in place of maple syrup.

Storage: Store covered in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add whipped cream just before serving.
