Instructions

  • Prep the salad base: Rinse and dry the greens, then arrange them on a large platter or in a bowl. Quarter the figs and set aside.

  • Make the dressing: Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper until the mixture is glossy and slightly thickened.
