This Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce is a quick, weeknight-friendly dish that’s creamy, garlicky, and packed with bold flavors. Tender chicken, spicy-sweet sauce, and perfectly coated noodles make it a comforting, restaurant-quality meal at home.
Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons chili sauce (sriracha recommended)
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
2 green onions, sliced
Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
Pat chicken dry and slice thinly.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken until golden brown, 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Lower heat, add garlic and smoked paprika, sauté 30 seconds. Stir in soy sauce, honey, and chili sauce.
Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, then stir in heavy cream. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and add to skillet with sauce. Toss to coat.
Return chicken to skillet, fold into noodles and sauce.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust chili sauce to change spice level.
Swap chicken for shrimp, tofu, or pork for variation.
Use fresh noodles or udon instead of instant ramen if preferred.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; reheat gently with a splash of broth.
Optional: Add fresh vegetables like spinach, bok choy, or bell peppers.
