1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Parmesan cheese, grated
Nutritional yeast

Instructions
Prep the cabbage wedges by removing outer leaves, then slice the head into 6 sturdy wedges with the core still attached. Pat them dry so the oil sticks and they crisp nicely.
In a large bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. If using lemon, drizzle the juice over the tops and toss.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the cabbage wedges in a single layer, cut sides down, with space between them.
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until the edges are golden and crisp and the centers are tender. For extra crispiness, add 2–3 more minutes while watching closely.
Optional: in the last 1–2 minutes, sprinkle with parmesan or nutritional yeast so they melt onto the wedges. Serve warm.
